Armenian military serviceman Armenak Ayvazyan was wounded on his left thigh as a result of a bullet that was fired by the adversary.

The soldier sustained the wound on Monday at around 11:55pm, and at a military base stationed in Aygepar village of Tavush Region, the MOD press service informs.

In wounded condition, Ayvazyan attempted to drive away from the danger zone. But the adversary opened fire toward the windshield of the vehicle, and as a result Ayvazyan was wounded a second time, but this time on his right wrist.

Armenak Ayvazyan is under medical supervision, and he is in stable condition.
